All very easy even though I do have to foot the telephone bill calling from Spain - but then It´s my choice to live here! I have not had much success trying to book via the email section and seem to end up on the telephone. Only thing is I messed up adding the names of our guests on the internet and so I have to make another call to rectify this which is a bit irritating. Wouldn´t an email do?? Otherwise no complaints and there are brilliant offers to be had.
