Absolutely shocking service. We booked a once in a lifetime trip to play Pebble Beach. On arrival, neither room not golf had been booked. The hotel staff were superb and got us sorted but YGT ignored emails and phone calls to get things sorted. No apology update or resolution from the agent we had booked it with. We only found out that YGT had eventually paid the hotel from the hotel, not YGT.
They have no concept of customer service and totally incompetent. If rumours are true and they are in difficulty, it is easy to understand why.
