Third time booking my golf holiday, again with Phil whom was polite, professional and tailored the package to my needs. Wasn't pushing for anything else, purely focused on delivered good customer service, I was especially pleased when I spoke with one of Phil colleagues, he asked relevant questions to understand what I was looking for, then passed all my details to phil, I was unaware at this stage you always deal with same person if possible, makes it a very nice personal touch.
