Absolutely disgraceful customer service from your golf travel. Booked a package with them in Nov 24 & our ba flight was cancelled so with no help or guidance from YGT had to book a hotel for the night at the airport & book easyJet flights for next day. Have not seen a penny from YGT & it has passed the 12 week refund period. Only response we get when we try to chase them is it is in hand. Would NEVER use these again . So all my golf travel which is regular will be given to someone else .
