Having used YGT many times you tend to build up a friendship and trust, although never actually meeting the people at the end of the phone. The people I've dealt with over various trips have always been helpful, friendly and if they can, they do exactly as you have asked. If there are any slight problems they will rectify straight away, ie tee times, transport etc. Will continue to use YGT in all my future trips. I have to say 'many thanks to all the staff'.
