The whole process was very smooth. Although I was a little taken aback when the Sales Specialist already knew that I had made an enquiry on line when I phoned to make the booking, it did make the transaction easier. I received a very prompt email confirmation of the booking which included an explanation as to why we had a slightly later teetime on the second day. I also received a timely polite reminder once the balance was due and could make the payment electronically. Yet to make the trip, but great service so far.
