Generally I have dealt with Lee Quenault whom I have found to be extremely helpful with organizing the whole trip, however occasionally he has been let down with agents in Turkey(last year I had tee times changed and confirmed however when we arrived in Belek I was told we only had the original times, this was after many phone calls and emails) not very impressive!! Lee does normally come up trumps though so I am hoping for better things next year.
