My first contact was by telephone. I wanted to book a holiday in France so pressed button 2 for Europe but found that it was the wrong button??
Subsequently, my requirements were noted and I received a quick response. After discussion and some clarification my needs were met in full. The prices seem v. good.
Follow up was also v. good except for an admin error on my travel arrangements. I queried this and the problem was resolved instantly.
All of my subsequent questions have been answered quickly and fully.
