Not much involvement with sales agent as knew what we wanted. Having got quote I was asked to confirm ASAP as availability was going quickly. Having found and paid for flights through different company (a real pain to be honest), I then confirmed our requirements the same day. That was six days ago... I'm still waiting for official confirmation of my booking! Delay apparently something to do with Ramadam, I was told two days ago, but I'm still waiting....not too happy having committed over £3K on flights.
