I had a problem of not being quoted what I asked for on another booking and only found out after paying for the holiday and subsequently am unsure what accommodation the group will be getting - customer services have not yet come to me despite chasing. So on this booking I have checkedand double checked. There was one small omission but that was quickly sorted and the quote amended. This booking appears to have been handled very well and Gareth was extremely helpful. Maybe for email bookings there needs to be a standard format to reduce the risk of errors.
