Good experience re arranging accommodation and golf times at appropriate courses. But very disappointed at the way I was treated regarding my Darren Clarke £25 voucher. I received the voucher two days before I made the booking - hence that was why I made the booking. However, I forgot to mention the voucher to Mr Ian Purvis, the Sales Consultant and only remembered when I got off the phone having paid the full amount. I was then told that the £25 voucher could not be applied to my current booking even though you have my credit card details and I am regular client of YourGolfTravel. Although I have been given a credit of £50 off any future non-UK booking, that is not the point. I would have expected much better customer service from YourGolfTravel and in particular that your sales consultant would have been trained to ask if I had a voucher - you knew I had received one because it has a unique number. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling somewhat upset and dissatisfied.
