MY enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Ben. I'm looking forward to the golf holiday I've booked at Manor of Groves. The only downside I found out was that should I have to cancel then a refund isn't made and that the money is just held as credit. I feel this should have been made clearer at the time when I was paying
