Very good response times and all required information was communicated to confirm requirements to then allow for us to make a quick decision. Once this had been done it was confirmed by email straight away with the option to change if they had got any of it wrong. We couldn't get to play where we originally intended but YGT readily suggested suitable alternatives in the region and this proved to be really helpful.
