It was our first time booking and all seemed to go smoothly. During the booking process it would have been reassuring to hear the details read back to me by the operator as a final check and also to have spellings checked when giving names of travellers as they must tally exactly with passports etc. I was told the balance was due 8wks prior to departure however full payment was requested immediately.The 2 week breather in between deposit payment and payment of balance would have been nice. I would use your site again.
