While I had a good idea of my holiday requirements Lee of YGT helped to answer a number of questions and price up the essential components. His style was reactive, rather than proactive but we finalised and booked the holiday (with one small question outstanding) in a reasonably short period of time.
I will continue to utilise YGT.
