A very easy experience. Looked at their brochure & website, decided on which country to go to, narrowed down the hotel/golf/food package options, then spoke to Simon about the 2 in question. He rapidly checked availability, which was good. He had been to both, so made a personal recommendation which we took, having had 6 or 7 YGT trips, many through him, so we know he knows his stuff. Instantly booked, deposit paid - done, tick!
