When using the website there was no way to be sure that I could book twin rooms as opposed to double rooms. This could only be confirmed by forwarding an enquiry or making a phone call. On other websites when I have booked rooms this process was easier as they list the room types and quantity available.
On phoning my booking was dealt with in a highly friendly and efficient manner.
