I found my experience very good when booking my trip to the US Masters next year. I found both Eleanor and Gareth very knowledgeable when I was asking questions. also when I had queries on my confirmation Eleanor changed them to my satisfaction and re-issued a new confirmation. Eleanor also was very clear about when payments were to be made which is what I was looking for.
Overall a very good experience.
