I switched from a well-known boiler insurance supplier whom id been with for many years, but before i committed I did call and ask several questions on the service levels etc, firstly the call wait was pretty quick (2 calls in a queue) which was significantly quicker than my normal supplier.
The call handler was very helpful and answered my queries in detail and honestly, so as far as this and the easy online setup, i rated this experience highly, obviously the true test is if and when their support service is called upon, but so far so good.
