“When things became overwhelming and I realized I couldn’t handle everything alone, I knew it was time to seek expert help. A trusted friend recommended xwaxt.com, and contacting them was one of the smartest decisions I’ve made. Their team was highly professional, responsive, and completely dedicated to resolving my situation. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and treated me with respect and care throughout the process. Thanks to them, a stressful situation was resolved smoothly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results.”
“Good service and reasonable price but extremely poor customer service when required. Mis advised on contract renewal to company advantage. Poor and slow responses and then before any reply to my query advised debt( which didn’t exist) would be sent to 3rd party collection! Never had this before and shocked at this behaviour. Very poor customer service and follow up. Therefore couldn’t recommend.”
“I paid direct debits for two years and a call out fee of £120. I was let down by two plumbers. The third came and said the toilet was installed incorrectly nearly 20 years ago. So, he wouldn't fix. However he told me how to fix with CT1 sealant and adhesive. It took me about 10 minutes. So, in short I wasted a load of money. You must read the terms and conditions because you may not be covered. And they have auto renew so be warned and get your home insurance to cover you for emergencies.”
“This company is not to be trusted.
They left me with an uncontrollable leak coming from my boiler, at night.
Phoned Your Repair, who gave me the number of an engineer....who did not respond.
Was forced to phone an Emergency service at a cistern of £400.
Your Repair are refusing to reimburse me for this.
Shame on your company!”
“Worst company I've ever dealt with. Really unhelpful staff. Make sure you read the small print for everything, they will scam you. Broke our boiler during a service, blamed us refused to fix it. Engineer who came spent the entire time on the phone asking someone else how to service it.”
“Very poor service……3 Allocated engineers failed to contact me to book appointment for annual service. 4th one allocated offered one date only which I couldn’t do due to holiday but failed to get back to offer another. Only when the renewal came through and I complained did anything happen!
When the engineer finally turned up 1 hour past the allotted 3 hour window, he pointed out to me that the previous service, carried out by another your repair agent, had not been done correctly and the build up of ash below the heat exchanger couldn’t have built up in the 16 months since that service on 7th May 2024.
Avoid at all costs!”
“YourRepair were initially slow to respond. When a Service Agent arrived, he seemed to struggle with the boiler, then left without telling me. After a further delay of 24 hours, I still couldn't get straight answers, so paid a local company to come and fix the problem. When I later complained to YourRepair, the process was slow and unhelpful, including them telling me there is no higher / independent body to escalate a complaint to (there is - the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman). Disappointing from start to finish.”
“Wouldn't recommend this boiler insurance to anyone. They ignored repairs that should have been sorted at the time, and because of that, my boiler failed completely months later and was condemned. I'm a woman nearing 80, and I've now been left without heating or hot water for over two weeks. Absolutely disgraceful treatment – no urgency, no accountability, and no support when it’s needed most.”
“3 months of visits and guess work and problem still not solved. Flushing never been mentioned over that time until now. This is another guess but this time will cost me £500 to get done. Already paid for new taps, guessed by an engineer. Loads of time off to receive visits. Stressed beyond belief! Now threatened with debt collectors if I don’t continue my policy. UNBELIEVABLE!!”
“Very disappointed - DO NOT USE THEM!
Tried to amend my diect debit date, which they refused, and then if you try and cancel your policy, they deamnd the full years worth of payments.”
