I had to ring to confirm that the selection of the start date meant that I was covered from that date i.e. no 14 day wait to make a claim. Also, the option had a 20% discount, however, the email policy confirmation still stated the original non-discounted price which requred a futher phone call to confirm that the DD would be at the lower price.”
“Workmen did a great job, efficient and clean job. Unfortunately we did order the boiler to be fitted Saturday but this did not happen and I had to ring them to find out what was happening, so communication could be better.”

“I found the initial application not clear regarding the discount and when I received your e mail it quoted the full amount to be paid and did not include The winter discount.
When I phoned the lady was very helpful and confirmed the winter discount and altered my service date to suit me. . She also added my wife to the contact .”
