“The setting up of my boiler cover was straightforward and very easy.
The very last part however of filling in the online form describing the make and age of my boiler kept telling me I had to fill in certain fields which I had done choosing options from a drop down menu,then refused to let me actually complete the form.”

When buying the site, didn't explain that boiler service will be done after 12 months from the start of the cover. Also, when I got to the payment summary, the excess selected was shown but the monthly payment wasn't shown. Went a head and confirmation email confirmed all the details.”
“Quick and easy to set up with competitive pricing. Only downside is the free annual service is set for month 11 of my cover, so I need to additionally get a service done in the next couple of months.”

“Hi would have given a 5 star review but unfortunately was unable to initially set up the contract online. I kept getting an error code at the final stage. I left it and tried again in the evening and it worked 1st time. I did phone customer services and they couldn't help either. Apart from this it was really easy to use.”
“Only just joined up so haven’t experienced hie they are with call outs and repairs but it was super easy to join up and the team on the phone were extremely helpful. Great start 😄”
