I haven't used the service yet, but the online sign-up process was very clear, straightforward, quick and easy. Frankly, in these days where everything feels overly complicated and time-consuming this, in itself, was a bonus!

Just signed up - my boiler is just 3 years old and I want to start covering it. It's due a service and on the phone the guy said I could book the service once I'm through the 14-day cooling off period. I've signed up in the hope that they'll honour this commitment as my boiler is due its 3rd service.

I moved from British Gas home cover as YouRepair were able to undercut the cost quite substantially. The process was straightforward. I will know more if I need to access their services.

You seem to be attentive at present. I am not happy about the boiler service not being till May. Ovo promised a Summer boiler service when I joined them but from 18th May they have cancelled and rescheduled the visit 7 times. This is whyI have just left them and joined Octopus as I still have n t had the service. I hope that your service will be better.

Repair not needed but a regular service is and all this was explained to me over the phone. One thing I forgot to ask was, can i check on the particular engineer who will be coming to service my boiler, to see if he is definately on the Gas Safe Register. Do I need a name and an engineer number?

Easy to set up and low prices compared to the big name firms. My only annoyance is the fact that it isn't made clear that you don't get a service until a year's time.
