“You seem to be attentive at present. I am not happy about the boiler service not being till May. Ovo promised a Summer boiler service when I joined them but from 18th May they have cancelled and rescheduled the visit 7 times. This is whyI have just left them and joined Octopus as I still have n t had the service.

“Repair not needed but a regular service is and all this was explained to me over the phone. One thing I forgot to ask was, can i check on the particular engineer who will be coming to service my boiler, to see if he is definately on the Gas Safe Register. Do I need a name and an engineer number?”
“Easy to set up and low prices compared to the big name firms. My only annoyance is the fact that it isn't made clear that you don't get a service until a year's time.”
