Rang on a Thursday after discovering a leak under my boiler. Paid £95 for someone to come out the next day and then after reporting his findings to YouRepair, a further 4 working days went by before they contacted me and stipulated that washers where not covered within the Policy. After reviewing the small print, hardly anything is covered and I am paying £10 a month for poor customer service and a 90% chance of no resolution. It is also worth noting that you will have to do all the chasing in booking in the plumber etc as YouRepair do very little to support the job/problem. The Boiler service is also not a proper strip down clean service, even though my boiler is in desperate need of one. So I am paying £120 for nothing and I will have to repair all faults with the boiler and a proper service out of my own pocket, their Service guide / promise isn't worth the paper it is written on. I would cancel if I could, but I am trapped paying for hot air for the next 7 months. Couldn't be more disappointed if I tried. Appalling CS!!

Awful company. I'm just disgusted by their actions These fools are Liars they take your money happily then wriggle out of any repairs stating small print!! Bunch of Thieves the first service was a scam the plumber was in my house for 4 mins nothing was done when I complained! the second was better so kept the insurance up ( apparently its not boiler insurance) and this year the service has never been offered! My boiler now has a fault but apparently the small print says I'm not covered so I've paid £360 over the last 3years for 1 decent service and £95 for a call out that you wouldn't honor the repair! what a bunch of crooks! You refuse to return my £95 so what the hell have i paid for! what's the point of paying for boiler and heating insurance that doesn't cover your boiler or heating! Absolute con artists!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST even the engineer that came out for them said they were dreadful and would do anything to get out if jobs! They are a complete waste of money I'm furious 😡🤬

Brought 6 rental properties over to Your Repair in January 2024. First email saying 2 properties due annual service and Gas Safety Certs 6th march, gas certs due 18th April. Heard nothing since, called 3 times 2nd andc4th April to be told a engineer will call me. No one as called. Very disappointing 😞

Appear to work with the pre conception to condem your boiler and then sell you an expensive finance offer for a replacement. Engineer that said he could not get parts for our boiler failed to seal the boiler correctlty so it continued to leak water after he had left.

We put in details for around £8 and it’s come back at £15 to £18. I don’t understand why it’s done this and not very happy

My cover was cancelled by telephone on 27thDec . Now the company is trying to take money from a direct debit? I have cancelled this .

I am trying to cancel the day after joining as once joined was informed my boiler service would be next September, of course the email reply to ask for this cover to be cancelled was undeliverable.

They are just ripping people off. My boiler was leaking I called them. They couldn’t repair my boiler, they told me to talk to the engineer that came to check the boiler if he can repair the boiler. In the end I bought a new boiler and need to cancel my contract because my boiler came with warranty, they’re asking me for £25 administrative charge for them to cancel the contract. I took the contract in Feb 2022 never use them once apart from the yearly service the did in 2022.

I joined as I'm now a widow thought I would rely on you to help when needed I asked about my leaking shower first thing to help me and it's been declined. So I'm not going sign up for your service please cancel asao
