This is my first look at details of home plan almost three months after I apparently agreed to take it I was given no chance to review it with chance to cancel.Whoever sent emails to wrong copied address must have been told they were not sent I should have been contacted to put this right

I’ve been with your repair several months to long , dreadful service, I’ve took time of work three times for a boiler service that never showed and the same happened about some one coming to unblock the drain. I’ll be going back to British Gas if I can ever get through to cancel my contract.

In need to make two enquiries, and is very difficult to get in touch with you. I want to find why it is taking until April 2023 before I can get you to service my boiler and why I cannot find where to enter my boiler details. For the record my boiler is a VITODENS 100-W WBIB. I can’t rate a repair, as you haven’t even been here to see it,and at the moment, I don’t need to have it repaired.

Always looking for a way to avoid taking responsibility for a repair. The latest time they referenced the small print of an agreement that they were not able to provide. I will be looking to switch as soon as possible

Absolutely worse survive ever. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Leaving the survive soon as possible.

I am trying to request an emergency call out, but all I get is request for previous supplier. I am disabled and we have sewage coming onto pathway and into a garage. I expected a seamless change over instead I have not means to get the emergency issue resolved. What am I paying for I ask myself certainly not a much needed aid
