New customer setting up new account switching from British Gas to a company based in the same county as we reside.
Have high hopes but even if they just answer their phones quickly, which has been the case so far, they are a great improvement. Spent 45 minutes, and transferred between 4 people, to cancel the British Gas agreement today.
