I was joining you today. I had an issue with the website when I had an error messages after putting in my payment details but I was very pleased that when I rang, I did not have to wait in a long queue. The person who dealt with the issue was extremely helpful and I was very impressed. However I then did not receive email confirmation if the plan so I sent a message in the Live Chat which again was extremely helpful and the issue was resolved by a subsequent phone call to confirm my email address which had not been recorded correctly. All now seems to be in place so although I had a couple of issues, I am very happy with the way with which they were dealt and I look forward to a good service throughout this contract.
