we haven't called out for a repair yet but I have found their customer service is fantastic, always quick to pick up calls and very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Oliver is always patient and efficient with my questions and very kindly offered me a loyalty discount.
we were with British Gas for years but are now gradually transferring our property portfolio with your repair because of how good their service is.
Hope their repair team will be just as good!
