I rang for quotation for new policy. I was astounded as my call was answered quickly no lengthy menus to navigate. The advisor was in a word 'Excellent'. No speaking so fast you cannot keep up - well paced call; listened to all questions and answered politely and with the knowledge of knowing the products of the business. Nothing was too much absolutely impressive. Many in the industry are pricing themselves out of the market in this current climate. Your repair obviously understands the market and I certainly will be recommending them.
