After paying for my boiler and central heating cover online I had to call customer Service with a query, the Lady I spoke to was very polite and helped me with the issue I had immediately, I was very impressed by the fact my call was answered so quickly and that the thing that I was concerned about was sorted with absolutely no hassle, Overall I’m very impressed by the price I’m paying for the cover and the online account page is so easy to use.
