I had issues with signing up on their website, and so I received a call from Oliver offering to complete it over the phone. I was wary as there are so many stories about scams but he was very understanding. The whole process took less than 5 mins. It's great dealing with real people when you don't have to talk to a machine and you don't get passed from pillar to post. Thank you!
