Scammers, cheats and liars. Long story short they use the word "intermittent" in their contract, to avoid paying for faulty valves when they go wrong, probably one of the most common faults. The plumber was embarrassed and has stopped working for them. I recorded his call to them when he was here, then they rang me to tell me why they refused to sort the problem. And lied! When they knew I recorded the call they paid me in full as I did it privately and fixed the problem. Very clever company but for all the wrong reasons. Why MSE lists them I can only assume they pay him! His alternative company in this category is also them under a different name! Scary! 😩
