DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Engineer took photos of the cistern, said he needed to order the part (a syphon), then Yourrepair stated the area was not clean and there were hygiene issues,so could not do the repair. Sent photos as requested showing this was not the case and they still refused. Spent long phone call requesting to speak to a manager to discuss further, bit Morgan repeatedly refused the request and hung up the phone.
