Terrible customer service - lack of communication, didn't successfully arrange our boiler service and a very poor complaints procedure. Apparently because the service is free as part of the policy it is 'gesture of goodwill' and so they can't refund it, despite not meeting their contractual agreement.
Also, I signed up when there was a deal for a free night's hotel stay, which I never got and they claim to have nothing to do with. Don't get ripped off, steer clear of YourRepair
