I am very impressed by the various members of staff by their knowledge and the guidance I was given, plus of course the competitive product you offer.The only aspect that prevented me giving top marks was the amount of time waiting on the phone, a poor initial welcome for a new prospective new customer! I am sure you can find ways of improving,so as to ensure top marks are attained from all new customers.
