I called YourRepair HomPlan to log a fault with my boiler on Monday morning, I got a phone call back pretty much straight away saying that an engineer would be attending site that day. I then got a call from the engineer telling me what time he would be there. I was very pleased how well informed i was kept.
The engineer turned up on time and said my boiler needed a part, true to his word, he came back the following day with the right part and repaired it. No Fuss.
