My usually reliable Worcester Boiler failed to heat my radiators, but hot water was still OK. Helpful man rang me back to take the details of the problem, he passed it on to an engineer who called me the same afternoon to tell me he was coming over that same evening. A new timer was fitted there and then to stop the problem, he took the time out to show me how it worked, problem solved.
