I received a call on Monday from the engineer asking to arrange my first annual review. We arranged for him to come the following afternoon, but he was flexible enough to avoid the school run, as we have to pick up our granddaughter on a Tuesday. He arrived within the given time, explained what he was going to do, did it, asked me if we were having any problems with the central heating system and left, very polite and courteous. If this is what I can come to expect from YourRepair HomePlan, then I would defenatly recommend.
