When i moved in with my partner last year, I decided to rent my property out, I decided to take out a landlord cover package with YourRepair. I have set it up so my tenants just call them directly if they have a problem, saving me the hassle, they also have the gas safe record reminders so they will automatically get this done for me as well As I work full time and long hours this really helps. It is still early days, and only had one problem so far, but so far so good.
