I had hot water but no heating from my combi boiler. Reported the issue to YourRepair, they arranged for an engineer to visit the following morning. The engineer needed to order a part, as he couldn't get one locally. Although I was a bit gutted was without heating for another night, I appreciated that the engineer kept me so well informed, and came back as soon as he got the part in and got me back up and running.
