It was difficult to get advice and upgrade over the phone, took time to prove my identity. Did not take my Plan Ref number and was insisting on name etc. I had to email, find the right email address and send. There is no email contact given on your website. The first time I got the wrong email ID and it bounced back, then I had to research and resend.
You should improve your ways of communication with customers. Still lagging behind. It is restricted access.
