The telephone service I received when I enquired about taking out a policy was excellent. Peruschka was able to answer all my questions and after speaking to her supervisor even arranged for a discount on the policy I was looking at. She was polite, efficent and very helpful. Whoever rings up with an enquiry will be very lucky if Peruschka is the opertor to pick up their call.
