First time ever to claim on any boiler/central heating. Went well, emailed in first instance as was out of hours on a Friday and as notified a plumber called me within 24 hours. He came out and sorted issue in good time as was very helpful. I am a happy customer so far. Its worth reading all the t's and c's as some items are not covered as they were for me on another supplier but with the savings overall it may just be worth it in the end.
