Choice of plans seemed self-explanatory on-line but I did phone as I had a few questions which were answered in full and the plan I was interested in seemed to suit my needs and I was happy to sign up. No repairs or service/annual boiler check as of yet but have high hopes that these will be carried out on their due date satisfactorily. My call was dealt with well and everything was sent through immediately by Brooke. Thank you.
