Having to face a situation of talking to someone about your debt was something I felt extremely embarrassed about but I was immediately put at ease and didn’t feel like I was being judged, the different solutions were explained well and at no time did I feel pressured into making a decision, the whole process took about 3 weeks in total and was much easier than I thought
