“Unless you want to be pushed into an IVA dont bother with them...they make sure you have 100 pound left at out your income so you cant get a DRO...thats better then paying 120 a month for 60 months...wasted an hr of my life this review will probably get deleted”

“During the most stressful period of my life I asked Nisha (my support Debt Advisor) to turn around so I could see her back. Given it was on the telephone she sounded both surprised and intrigued. I then announced that I could see her wings hence she must be an angel.
She was knowledgeable, compassionate, with nothing being too much trouble. She took all of the stress out of my situation.
