Great service and communication from the start and still great now. Alex explained everything very clearly and went over anything I didn’t understand until I did understand it as doing this was very new to me. Alex made me feel comfortable about sharing information and i have never felt judged. If I have any questions it is very easy to communicate and I am/never have been left for a long time for a reply. Alex is always there to help me, she’s very helpful, polite and has outstanding customer service.
