I was so scared to call and going through how I went from a 999 credit score to now was sad but like quite a few people Covid and cost of living have really impacted me financially. I now know I’m on the way to sorting it and Alex has been lovely and very reassuring she has the perfect personality for this type or work. To those reading and thinking should I keep burying my head in the sand ! DON’T, get some help :) I’m a few years you will be much better off and remember everything is temporary
