what can I say, Iv suffered with anxiety and depression since I was 13 years old, recently diagnosed with Bipolar, I have ADHD and autism also, Iv always left my bills to the last moment because Iv always been terrified of what will be! Sadly I left it to long and I had a Baliff, single mother of four children. who may I add was quite rude literally just as I was walking my children out the door to school, and told me I had on-till 7pm to pay or he was taking my household items. I rang citizens advice, and a lovely lady put me in contact with George, she explained my anxiety my stress, and situation, within an hour, my IVA was sorted, stopped the Baliff from coming to my home for 60 days on-till the IVA went through completely. Any questions, or help Iv needed, George has got back to me asap, has answered everything Iv needed and is still there to help me with anything at all I’m unsure of to this day.
