I am over the moon with the service I have received from this company. I left a message to get a call back when I found myself in a hole I couldn't get myself out of. I was instantly called back and reassured about my situation, from the first phone call I was told a lady called Alex was going to call the next morning to go through my options and she called me promptly. Alex was fantastic with me whilst we went through the ins and outs of EVERY option. After over an hour on the phone with her we had come to a conclusion for my situation. I am now on my way to being debt free with an affordable option of paying off ALL of my debts. I can't thank Alex enough for being so patient and understanding of my situation and not judging me for it too! She's been great.
